Adams was entrusted to provide structural engineering services for ‘The Springs’ building at the new Alba Thermal Springs on the Mornington Peninsula. Our team worked in close collaboration with the client, architect, and builder to ensure that the impressive, intended design was not compromised despite restricted site access and level issues.
Highlights
The building featured an exceptional design by Hayball, with star-shaped architectural protrusions and contained a variety of spaces including; saunas, swimming areas, change rooms and massage rooms. The modern, architecturally driven design, featuring high-quality exposed precast finishes made for a challenging yet rewarding project.
