Highlights
The Alphington Residence project features a unique first-floor garden terrace, with a suspended slab supported by a steel frame and concrete columns. The terrace includes 300mm of soil, creating a lush and green outdoor space.
Throughout the residence, a combination of concrete and timber finishes is used, adding a contemporary and natural touch to the design.
The flooring of the residence showcases polished concrete, offering a sleek and modern aesthetic.
The use of timber rafters and strategic structural planning allows for increased ceiling heights throughout the residence, enhancing the overall spaciousness and visual appeal.
