Adams took charge of developing a robust stormwater management plan, utilizing MUSIC to ensure compliance with Best Practice Treatment targets and the integration of Water Sensitive Urban Design elements.
Our expertise successfully garnered council approval for the Stormwater Management Plan, and this approach seamlessly informed the detailed design of the site’s civil works.
The project also involved significant bulk earthworks design, which encompassed the creation of a stormwater dam for capture and irrigation reuse, along with a 2450m3 wastewater winter storage dam to meet EPA requirements.
