Located on the sought-after South Cronulla peninsula, Ivori Apartments is a boutique residential complex consisting of 29 luxury apartments, 5 storeys and a BBQ rooftop.
The site was presented with local environmental challenges to ensure onsite tree preservation due to the proximity of the basement to tree protection and structural root zones. Precast concrete panels have been designed for the curvilinear façade lines in the architecture.
