Various structural framing methodologies were employed across the three buildings to meet client and architectural design requirements. The buildings utilised post-tensioned full concrete frame floor plates and composite steel and concrete floor plates. Due to the varying geotechnical conditions across the site, individualized foundation solutions were developed for each building.

The structural design of Building C incorporated architectural feature blades as structural elements, eliminating the need for additional supports and maximizing usable floor space.

The external civil pavement levels were designed to integrate with existing footpaths and various building levels. This ensured compliant slopes and efficient drainage according to Australian Standards, local Council, and WSUD requirements.
