This development included the restoration and reuse of the grand heritage-listed Tullamore House which has stood on the site since 1887. Adams provided structural engineering services for the modifications which included the removal of some original load-bearing brick walls and reconstruction of a new full perimeter veranda to mimic the original veranda of the building.
Adams provided civil design services for the development including the drainage design for the suspended slab featuring the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the design of the stormwater detention system for the development and the civil design services for 30m of road widening to Members Drive.
We also provided temporary works engineering design for the construction works, which included temporary propping details for the demolition works and erection sequences for the construction of the steel roof structures.
