Adams Consulting Engineers was engaged by Architecture Matters for structural and civil consulting services covering stages 2-4 at Our Lady of the Way Catholic Primary School in Wallan.
Stage 2 and 3 enhancements involved the construction of a new building, incorporating a modern library, staff rooms, covered outdoor learning areas, and learning studio rooms designed to facilitate open learning environments.
The Stage 4 development introduced new learning studio rooms interconnected by a central communal learning space, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
Civil design works have included a civil master plan for the site including the extension of carpark and detailed drainage design around the buildings with roof water captured and re-used on site.
