The Manningham Council, in collaboration with the Victorian Government, embarked on an exciting project to enhance Pettys Reserve Pavilion. Rendine Constructions entrusted Adams Consulting with the design and construction of the structural and civil components of a state-of-the-art modular building. Through close collaboration with Rendine and DE Atelier Architecture, Adams Consulting delivered a cutting-edge structure that was not only easily transportable but also reduced on-site time and cost.
Working with a filled site and poor natural site conditions.
Coordinating with external consultants due to the simultaneous completion of new soccer fields by separate contractors.
Ensuring seamless connection to the existing stormwater system.
The civil engineering aspect of the project included redirecting the roof and external paving drainage to existing site drainage, while also meticulously overseeing the pavement and grandstands to ensure every detail was meticulously addressed.
