Sacred Heart School

107 King William Street, Fitzroy

Sacred Heart School project involved upgrading the existing school buildings to create adaptable and flexible learning spaces. The work included the removal of existing structural walls and the implementation of re-strengthening measures to enhance the structural integrity of the building.

The project encompassed the strategic opening up and connecting of teaching spaces using large sliding doors. This innovative approach encourages structured interaction and collaboration between classes, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

A new stormwater drainage system was meticulously installed for the outdoor areas. This system efficiently caters to the needs of a new playground, sand pit, and deck areas, ensuring an enhanced learning environment for the school community.
