Environmentally, socially and financially sustainable residences
Precast panel boundary walls and large span precast hollowcore floor planks allowed for a more efficient construction process for Kapitol Group and Austin Maynard Architects. The large spanning precast hollowcore floor planks provided a reduction in internal structural walls and columns compared to a typical residential building.

Stormwater management including reduction of stormwater leaving the site during storm event and 10,000 litre rainwater tank for re-use within the building.
